Prior to forming MeoMari, I worked for 30 years on a wide variety of mostly cross-border M&A, private equity investments and fundraising, corporate finance, project finance, and general business advisory projects in the ABN AMRO group, at Waste Management International London, at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom (London) and Debevoise and Plimpton (New York).
